People
Our consultants have backgrounds in procurement, logistics planning, and supplier development across food, packaging, industrial components, and wholesale distribution. We remain a boutique practice by design so clients speak with the same people from discovery through findings.

We work remotely nationwide and visit sites when walking the goods-in bay or packing line clarifies a risk that documents alone cannot. Our registered correspondence address is in Waterside; client work spans England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
