How we price
Fees follow the shape of the work: a bounded review, a facilitated workshop day, or a monthly advisory rhythm. We do not sell subscription tiers. After a short discovery call we confirm scope in writing before any invoice.

Full-day workshops typically begin at £2,900. Multi-site resilience reviews are quoted after we see the category list.

Deposits and invoicing
Reviews and workshops usually require a 40% booking deposit, with the balance due on delivery of the findings brief or workshop summary. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance on a three-month minimum. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
