Supply chain resilience review
A structured assessment of single points of failure across inbound materials, logistics partners, and critical SKUs — with a ranked action list for your team.
Enquire about this workWho this is for
Operations, procurement, and finance leads in United Kingdom manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors who sense over-reliance on one vendor, one route, or one packing house — and need a clear sequence of fixes rather than a thick strategy binder.
What you receive
- A mapped view of critical SKUs and the suppliers, ports, or carriers behind them
- Identification of single points of failure and concentration risk
- A ranked action list with suggested sequencing, rough effort, and who on your side should own each step
- A short briefing session to walk through findings with your team
What is included
Purchase-history sampling for an agreed category set, contract clause scan for exit and volume terms, interviews with the people who place and chase orders, and a written findings brief. We do not negotiate with your suppliers on your behalf during this review unless you add that scope separately.
What is excluded
ERP implementation, customs brokerage, warehouse layout redesign, and legal drafting of new contracts. We can recommend specialists where those next steps arise.
How we work
- Scoping call — Confirm categories, geography, and the disruption or renewal that prompted the review.
- Information pass — You share anonymised purchase extracts, key contracts, and lead-time notes.
- Interviews — Short conversations with buyers, planners, and warehouse leads.
- Findings — Written brief and a live walkthrough of priorities.
Preparation
Please nominate a single contact who can gather purchase extracts and schedule interviews. Expect roughly four to six hours of your team’s time across the engagement, outside of reading the final brief.
Next step
Request a discovery call and mention the categories you want reviewed. We will confirm whether a focused review or a broader multi-site pass is the better fit.
