Services
DataCluster Advisory provides business consulting on supply chain resilience and vendor planning. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate scoping note or engagement letter sets fees, deliverables, and timelines for paid work.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials we create for you remain subject to the engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a licence to use deliverables internally within your organisation. You may not resell our materials as a product.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information needed for the engagement and to obtain any internal approvals required to share purchase data or contracts. Delays in providing materials may shift delivery dates.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, DataCluster Advisory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from consulting advice, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Fees shown as “from” amounts are starting points, not binding quotes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts in the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in Scotland or Northern Ireland apply to you.
